Facing challenges
Haley* was vague at first but eventually the whole story spilled out. She was needing to face and clarify a confusing situation with her professor. We talked about all of the challenges that face us in life and how they help us grow. I had learned when swimming in the ocean as a child and facing continuous monstrous waves that the safest thing to do was to face the wave and dive into it. Haley left encouraged after talking to march ahead and face a hard conversation.
